RAWmarkable Zucchini Gazpacho!

One of my favorite raw soups to eat, and so easy to make!

In your blender, add in:

– 4 organic zucchinis

– 2 cloves garlic

– 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast

– 1/2 avocado

– 1 stalk of chives (or a 1/2 onion or 1/2 cup of leeks)

– sprinkle of paprika

– some salt and pepper to taste

Optional: a bit of lemon juice for a kick!

Blend together in your blender, then pour into a bowl.

Chop up 2 fresh tomatoes and add, along with a small handful of cilantro.

Sprinkle with a tablespoon of hemp seeds, and that’s it! You are good to go! You can add tons more into this recipe, it is a great base for lots of raw soups! I have added bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, parsley, and mushrooms! The options are endless!
