Raw vegan desserts have minimal to zero cooking involved. If there is cooking, it is always done at extremely low heat, never over 118 °F (48 °C ). These would include chocolate candies, truffles or macaroons.
Most of the recipes call for coconut oil, butter, cacao butter or various nut mixes. If you have a nut or oil allergy, be sure to find a recipes that does not call for nuts or oils, as there are all kinds on here.
