Welcome to my Raw Vegan section!

 

Eating raw vegan does not have to be boring, tasteless, or strictly rabbit food. Once you get used to the idea of eating raw, you will find a whole new world opening up for you, with possibilities for meals you never even considered before! Eating a raw vegan meal allows you to be creative with dishes by combining textures, colors, and ingredients that weren’t even on your radar before.

Did you know that by eating just one plant-based meal per week has a tremendous positive impact on the planet by helping to reduce your carbon footprint? Eating one plant-based meal per week you can save 1,100 gallons of water, 45 pounds of grain (that would otherwise be used to feed livestock), 30 square feet of forest, 20 lbs of CO2 and 1 animal’s life.

I highly encourage you to just one raw vegan meal a week, to see how you like it. It’s a great way to give your body a rest from constantly digesting heavy meat. This does not mean you will lack in protein either. All these meals contain protein and are designed to make sure you get adequate amounts of protein, fat, and carbs.
