Raw Mocha Chocolate

Oh boy guys, this is a good one! These coffee chocolates are to die for! It was very hard for me to find a raw vegan chocolate base to make chocolates, but once I did (see RAWmarkable chocolate)…now there is no stopping me with the types of chocolates I can make, so stayed tuned for me!

This is the easiest chocolate recipe you will ever make. There is only one step to making this. It’s all a matter of mixing, melting and freezing!

So without further ado…let us begin!

You will need:

  • 1/4 cup raw cacao paste
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream (this can be made from scratch or from a can)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp or about a 2 inch slice of raw cacao butter
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 dropper full of coconut stevia
  • Optional: fresh fruit to top the chocolate with!

Directions:

Add all the ingredients together into a a small pot. Put on the stove, and turn your burner on medium low.

Stir the mixture constantly, allowing everything to melt together until it looks like a creamy, tasty, gorgeous, rich chocolate sauce:

Once everything is mixed and melted together, take out your trusty ice cube tray, and spoon about a tablespoon and a half in each section. Note: if you want to top your chocolates with fresh fruit, do so at this time.

Ice cube trays make the perfect chocolate molds!

Once the mixture is in the ice cube trays to set, put in the freezer and freeze for about 30 minutes. After that, the chocolate will be hard, and you can easily pop them out of the tray just like you do with normal ice.

And you are ready to eat!! You can add some coconut flakes, fresh fruit, or anything that you want! Go on and give it a try!

These chocolates can keep up to a week in the fridge in a container. But I doubt they will last that long!

The texture of these are just like real chocolate truffles! They are so rich and taste so good!

I hope you enjoy these as much as I do!
