Pineapple Fennel Banana Parsley

Similar to the Pineapple Avocado Fennel smoothie which was NOT my creation, here is a new take on the pineapple fennel mix, of which I have to say, is a perfect combination. So…let us begin!

In your high-powered blender, you will add in:

– 1/4 to 1/2 of a pineapple

– 1 small stalk of fennel (about 3 cups or so)

– 2 bananas (frozen or fresh…frozen makes it more creamy though!)

– 1 handful parsley

– 1 tbsp spirulina

– 1 tbsp hemp seeds

You can blend the pineapple first, as there is so much moisture there that you do not need to add any liquids! Once the pineapple is blended, slowly add in the rest. If your bananas are frozen however, you will need to add some liquid to get the mixture blending.

Top with mulberries, goji berries, coconut or whatever you prefer, then drink up!
