The difference between vegan and raw vegan snacks is simply the addition of high heat and cook time. Vegan snacks are made with all vegan ingredients, but cooked a high temperatures. This could be anything from a cranberry sauce, to parsnip fries to Brazilian cheese breads (all pictured above).
The snacks are usually all savory or can act as additions to savory dishes. There is a separate section for vegan desserts that are strictly sweet recipes.
