Beet, Kale, Tangerine, Lemon, Parsley

Again, you must have a highpowered blender for this, as it is pretty hard to blend a beet! Other than that, this is a pretty winning concoction!

– 2 organic beets, stems and leaves included

– Couple leaves of kale

– 2 tangerines

– 1 lemon

– handful of parsley

Blend with water and ice, making sure it all blends together well. You can try blending the beets first, or add them in gradually.
