This is an amazing, simple, healthy smoothie that is perfect for an afternoon pick me up or if you are craving something sweet 🙂
In a blender, throw in:
2 to 3 cups milk (nut, hemp or flax)
2 frozen bananas
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 tbsp maca powder
2 tbsp hemp seeds
Optional:
couple tbsp nuts
couple tbsp chia
raw vanilla or vanilla bean
raw protein powder
Blend it all in a blender until creamy. The maca gives this shake a butterschotchy flavor, while the bananas and strawberries give it a perfect creamy, fruity taste
Top with stawberries and enjoy!
