Citrus Basil Pear Smoothie

This smoothie came about by throwing together everything that was left in my fridge. The result was pretty awesome!

Let us begin!

In your blender, add in:

– 1 large grapefruit

– 2 oranges

– 2 pears

– handful of basil

– small handful of collard greens

– small handful of rainbow chard

– 1 tsp chlorophyll

– 1 tsp spirulina

– 1 tsp flax

– 2 cups water or coconut water

Add it all into the blender and blend! If you freeze the pears beforehand, it makes the smoothie come out sooo cold and creamy and amazing! Try it!
