Let us begin!
In your high powered blender, add in:
– 3 cups pineapple (fresh or frozen…I used fresh!)
– 2 cups fresh carrots
– 4 frozen bananas
– 2 cups coconut water
– 1 tbsp. maca powder
– 1 tbsp. chia
– 1/2 inch slice fresh ginger
Blend all the ingredients together until it is a thick, slushy consistency. If you used frozen pineapple, you will probably need more coconut water for blending.
Pour into a bowl, top with goji berries and hemp seeds as I did, and eat up! It’s sooo good!
