Coconut walnut milk is my absolute FAVORITE! I use it for everything! Put it in my coffee, use it for smoothies, for my raw vegan cereals, or to just drink on its own! There are two amounts that you can make, and I will include both below. And you only need two ingredients!
If you want A LOT of milk, in your high powered blender add:
– 1 cup walnuts
– 5 cups coconut water. Blend on high speed until the mixture is frothy and milk-like.
If you want a smaller amount (this usually lasts me 5 days to a week), then add:
– 1/3 cup walnuts
– 3 cups coconut water
Blend the milk in your high powered blender the same way. Pour into jars and store in the fridge. This milk can last up to 10 days and it is THE BEST!
