Let us begin!
You will need:
– 1/2 to 1 whole watermelon, chilled in the fridge or frozen
– 2 peeled carrots
– 1 peeled beet
– 1 peeled lime (you can also add a bit of zest)
– 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary (this is optional, and you can also used fresh basil)
Blend all ingredients in your high powered blender, beginning with the watermelon first, as that will take up the most room, but once it is blended down you will have a lot more room in the blender to add more ingredients. Once everything is blended, pour into a glass. Add a fresh lime or lemon wedge to the side, and drink up!
