This is a great, refreshing, tasty morning smoothie, which can also act as a protein smoothie too!
Let us begin!
You will need:
– 3 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
– 2 kiwis
– 2 frozen bananas
– 3 cups homemade walnut milk (see my recipe here)
– 1 tbsp. chia seeds
– 1 tbsp. maca powder
You can also add a bit of your favorite protein powder to the mix for a great pre-workout smoothie
Blend together all the ingredients in the blender. If you used frozen strawberries you may need to add some more water for blending consistency.
Pour into a glass, top with fresh strawberries and drink up!
