For smoothies with milk I will normally use almond, cashew, macadamia, hazelnut, basically any nut milk, as well as flax and hemp milk. I DO NOT use rice or soy milk. These are not as good for you and can actually do more harm than good (more on that in a blog later). You can blend most any fruit with the milk, and use certain veggies as well, like spinach, fennel or beets.
