RAWmarkable Carob Fudge


This recipe came out sooooo good! And it’s really simple too, just added/substituted a couple things from my original coconut butterscotch fudge recipe.

Let us begin!

You will need:

– 1/3 cup coconut butter (not to be confused with coconut oil)

– 1/3 cup raw tahini (you can also use raw cashew or almond butter as well…they all taste extraordinary!)

– 2 tbsp coconut oil

– 2 tbsp raw honey

– 1 tbsp. carob powder

– 1 tbsp. molasses

– 1 tsp vanilla


2 tbsp crushed nuts (if you want a nut fudge)

– couple tbsp. of dried fruit such as goji berries or mulberries for topping.

Melt the coconut butter, coconut oil, nut butter and honey in a double boiler (a pot inside a pan or pot with hot water). Remove from the heat and then mix in the rest of the ingredients. Make sure that the carob is completely mixed in! If you need more sweetener, add 1 more tbsp. of honey or molasses.

Put it in the fridge for a couple hours, and voila! The end! Then, take it out and eat!

Fun fact: If it is hot enough in your house, the coconut oil, butter and honey will already be melted from the heat, so no additional heat required! That’s what happened to me one time, so I literally just threw all the stuff in a container, mixed it around, put it in the fridge, and it was ready in 2 hours! Took me all of five minutes!
