Healthy New Year’s Drinks!

If you’re looking for ideas for some original yet healthy New Year’s drinks, well look no further! This drink can be made with sparkling apple juice or champagne, it’s up to you! The taste is original and fresh, it will make you keep wanting more!

There are two options for this drink, so I am posting both below. I am also posting recipes for two drinks, so stay tuned for the next one!

Blackberry Rosemary Champagne  

You you will need:

  • 1 bottle champagne or sparkling non-alcoholic apple juice (I used R.W. Knudsen Organic Apple)
  • 1 pack (6 oz) blackberries
  • 1 pack (2/3 oz or 18.7 grams) fresh rosemary sprigs

Option 1:

Pour chilled champagne or sparkling apple juice into glasses. Add two blackberries and a sprig of fresh rosemary to each glass, and serve!

Option 2:

Blend the blackberries and 1 sprig of fresh rosemary in a blender. Spoon a tablespoon each into the bottom of each glass, then pour the sparkling apple juice/champagne on top. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary, and serve!
