Another super easy, 3 ingredient ice cream! Ok actually 4, if you count the coconut. 😀

Let us begin!

In your food processor, add in :

– 3 frozen bananas

– 5 pitted dates

– 3 to 4 fresh peaches

Pulse/blend until the mixture is creamy, making sure to scrape the sides and get everything fully blended.

And that’s it! Spoon it out, top with shredded coconut, bananas, fresh peaches, whatever, and eat it! So good, simple and easy!

Like a frozen peach custard!
