This comes out great if you use frozen bananas!
In your high-powered blender, add in:
– 3 frozen bananas
– 2 celery sticks
– 2 handfuls spinach
– fresh or powdered wheatgrass
– 1/2 tsp spirulina
– 1 tbsp. maca powder
Blend with a bit of water (no ice needed if the bananas are frozen) and enjoy!
