I make a ridiculous amount of smoothies. If you drink a smoothie at least 3 times a week for breakfast, then you will end up with a large collection of smoothies on your blog! None of these smoothies are made with dairy, nor do the have added sugar. All the sweetness comes from the fruit or vegetables.
1) Green Smoothies (made with green leafy vegetables like kale, spinach and chard)
2) Frozen/Fruit Smoothies (mostly sweet, made with fruit, root veggies and no milk)
3) Frozen/Fruit Smoothies with Milk (nut milks like almond, macadamia or cashew, as well as flax milk)
4) If you prefer juices, I also have a Juice section, where you can find various recipes for all kinds of green, fruit and mixed juices.
