Coconut Butterscotch Fudge!

Sometimes, you just want something sweet. But then you also want that sweet thing to be healthy. Well, look no further! This is the epitome of rich, sweet, healthy goodness, and it can be made in a variety of ways!

Let us begin!

You will need:

– 1/3 cup coconut butter (not to be confused with coconut oil)

– 1/3 cup raw tahini (you can also use raw cashew or almond butter as well…they all taste extraordinary!)

– 2 tbsp coconut oil

– 2 tbsp raw honey

– 2 tbsp maca powder (this is the butterscotch flavor)

– 1 tsp vanilla

– 1 to 2 tbsp coconut flakes

Optional: 2 tbsp crushed nuts (if you want a nut fudge)

Melt the coconut butter, coconut oil, nut butter and honey in a double boiler. Remove and then mix in the rest of the ingredients. Put it in the fridge for a couple hours, and voila! The end! Then, take it out and eat!

Fun fact: If it is hot enough in your house, the coconut oil, butter and honey will already be melted from the heat, so no additional heat required! That’s what happened to me, so I literally just threw all the stuff in a container, mixed it around, put it in the fridge, and it was ready in 2 hours! Took me all of five minutes!
