Raw Nut Butter Candies

Much like my RAWmarkable Mocha Chocolate candy recipe, this nut butter candy is made with all raw, fresh ingredients, it takes about 10 minutes to make and can be done in only 2 steps! You don’t need any fancy dishes either, just a small pot and a regular ice cube tray will work great!

This is a great snack to keep on hand at home for a sweet treat, or to bring to gatherings. Try it yourself and leave me a comment below on what you think!

So without further ado…let us begin!

You will need:

  • 1/4 cup raw almond nut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tsp raw cacao butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 dropper full of chocolate stevia or
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Step 1:

Place all the ingredients into a small pot on the stove, under extremely low heat (if you want to use a double boiler, you may do so as well).

Continue to stir until all ingredients are melted and thoroughly mixed together

Step 2:

Once everything is melted together and mixed, pour the nut butter chocolate into an empty ice cube tray, that you can use as molds. Place the ice cube tray in the freezer and let it harden, about 20 minutes.

After about 20 minutes, test the chocolates. If they are firm, you will be able to pop them out of the ice cube tray as you would with normal ice.

Serve with some almonds or any other garnish that you want, and eat up!

Serve the nut butter chocolates upside down from the way they were sitting in the ice cube tray. This makes them look exactly like regular chocolate truffles!
