Another very tasty New Year’s Celebration drink! This can also be made with or without champagne, and a slight twist on the classic bellini drink! This is also a frozen beverage, so make sure you have a blender on hand!
You will need:
- 1 bottle champagne or sparkling apple juice (I used R.W. Knudsen’s Organic Apple)
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 inch cube of fresh ginger
Blend the champagne/sparkling apple juice, mango, peach, and ginger in a blender, saving some fresh peach slices for garnish. Once the drink is fully blended into an icy, frosty drink, pour into the champagne glasses, garnish with a fresh peach slice and sliver of ginger, and serve!
