Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Another great and simple recipe for a traditional ice cream flavor! Simple to make, with only three ingredients and no added sugars!

Let us begin!

You will need:

– 4 to 5 frozen bananas

– 1 package of fresh organic mint leaves (about 1 handful)

– 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs

Place the frozen bananas and most of the mint leaves into your high-powered blender or food processor:

Blend on high until the frozen bananas and mint leaves are fully blended together. You may have to stop and start the blender a couple times to scrape the sides, making sure everything is mixed well. Once they are, then add the raw cacao nibs:

Pulse blend to mix the cacao nibs a bit, but not too much so that they are pulverized. After the cacao nibs are mixed, you can either put the ice cream into the freezer to freeze a bit more, or serve and eat as is, like a soft serve ice cream!

Top with the leftover mint leaves and cacao nibs, and eat up! The leaves gives this ice creamy a minty fresh taste, and the bananas are the perfect mix for the ice cream, you don’t even need any extra sugar!

Enjoy!
