Mango Spinach Lime Cilantro Smoothie


Another one of my favorite green smoothies! And yes, it includes spinach once again. Hmmm, I think I’m beginning to notice a pattern here…

In your high powered blender, put in:

– 2 to 3 cups coconut water

– 3 mangoes

– 3 handfuls spinach

– 2 handfuls cilantro

– juice of 1 lime

– 1 tsp spirulina

Blend your mixture up until it looks smooth and creamy as pictured above. Then, drink it up!

You can also add additions like hemp, wheatgrass, chlorophyll, etc. Anything to make it more delicious and nutritious!
