Spinach Banana Kiwi Smoothie


Another great morning green smoothie!

You will need:

2 cups flax, hemp or nut milk

2 to 3 frozen bananas

2 handfuls spinach

1 or 2 kiwis

1 tbsp spirulina

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp maca

1 tbsp organic powdered wheatgrass

Throw it all into a high powered blender and blend blend blend away!


That’s it! Now you have a perfect good-morning breakfast smoothie!
