Whipped up an awesome little snack of veggie rolls wrapped in sushi paper. Great for a meal too, except you would have to make a ton of them, haha
Buy some dried seaweed paper at the store, then fill 1 paper with:
– handful of sprouts at the bottom
– avocado slices
– red, green and yellow pepper slices
– handful of cilantro
– some chopped cherry tomatoes
Top with a bit more avocado, hemp seeds, red pepper flakes, lemon juice and pink Himalayan sea salt!
Roll it up like a burrito, and eat!
