These strawberry chips came out so good, that I forgot to take a picture when they were done and just started eating them all! I finally remember to take a picture when I had less than a handful left, and that’s what you see! The color stayed the same, the flavor was amazing and the texture perfect! Let us begin!
Thinly slice a pack of organic strawberries, and distribute them evenly on the dehydrating trays, making sure none of them overlap the other. Dehydrate on high for about 8 hours, or less, depending on the amount of tray layers you have.
Take them out, store in a ziplock bag or airtight container. They will keep for about 5 days or so. Enjoy!
