RAWmarkable Pad Thai


This is a great alternative for conventional Pad Thai. Simple, easy to prepare, and low fat!

Let us begin!

For the sauce, you will need:

– 2 to 3 zucchinis

– 1/4 cup pine nuts

– 2 small garlic cloves

– 1/2 yellow pepper

– 1/4 of an onion

– 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast

– 2 tsp sesame seeds

– 1 tsp paprika

– 1 tsp turmeric

– juice of 1/2 lemon

– handful of basil

Optional: If you want to omit the nuts to have this be a nut-free dish, substitute 1/2 an avocado for the pinenuts and sesame seeds. It comes out great!

Throw all the ingredients in your high-powered blender, and pulse/blend until smooth and creamy, like so:


Our lemony, spicy pad thai sauce

For the noodle dish, you will need:

– About 3/4 package of raw kelp noodles, separated and cut a bit (make sure to rinse them first!)

– 2 handfuls spinach

– 1/2 to 1 cup broccoli

– 1 red pepper, sliced lengthwise

– 1/2 cup mushrooms

– 2 tbsp. hemp seeds

– 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or sliced cherry or grape tomatoes

Put the noodles and vegetables all in a bowl, and mix together:





Next, pour the pad thai sauce over the noodle bowl, and mix together thoroughly.


PART 3! Yummm!

Serve it on a plate, top with more sauce, sesame seeds and red pepper flakes. Serve and eat! You are done! An awesomely delicious and easy dish to make. Enjoy!
