RAWmarkable “stir-fry” Kelp Noodle Salad


This is my own raw take on your typical “stir fry” meal, all raw, no meat or cooking required! Just mix and eat! Let us begin!

For the raw noodles, you will need:

– 2 cups or 2 handfuls of raw kelp noodles (you can find these online or at your local health food store in the refrigerated section).

For the salad, toss together in large bowl:

– 1 cup thinly sliced leeks

– 1/2 red pepper, chopped

– 1/2 green pepper

– 2 handfuls spinach

– 1 cup sprouts

– 1 handful cilantro

– 2 tbsp hemp seeds


For the stir fry “sauce”, mix in a small bowl:

– 1 tbsp Bragg’s liquid aminos

– 1 tsp organic miso paste

– 1 tsp tumeric

– 1 tsp fenugreek

– 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Once the ingredients are mixed together, add your kelp noodles to the salad, then pour your “stir fry sauce” over the noodles and salad. Toss together, then eat! That’s it! Super easy, delicious and nutritious! Take a bite! 🙂
