Radish Smoothie


Yes, you read that right. A radish smoothie. This is only for a few brave souls. I had a bunch of radishes in my fridge, and I thought, well, it’s too much for a salad…why not try a smoothie? So I did…and the result was, ehhh…But I am including it anyway. This is probably one of two or three smoothies in my life that I probably could live without 😉

However, if you love radishes…please, enjoy! 🙂

– 1 1/2 cups chopped radishes

– 2 cups almond milk

– 5 to 6 pitted dates

– 1 tsp vanilla

– Ice

Throw it all in the blender, and blend! The consistency is great, the taste just has that slight burning radish flavor. It’s really not that bad, but personally, I’ll stick with radishes in my salads and snack salads with lemon 😉
